As a Realtor (Off-plan Sales Consultant); your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Selling only DAMAC property portfolio
- Generating new buyers by your own source cold/warm calling.
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations with the homeowner/landlord.
- Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and developer.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 6 months Dubai real estate experience
- Personal car.
- Full UK, USA or Dubai driving license
- Money motivated
- To be financially independent to make the move
- Determination for success.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Outstanding telephone antiquates for cold calling
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in the English language
- A team player but also capable to work independently
